Lots of boulder-hopping along the creek

A fountain with "Ney Springs" and the date "1889"

Waterfall and pool along creek

Kestrel perched on snag

After a very wet Spring there were still wildflowers in late September

Remains of old bridge from the early 1900's

Ney Springs Creek enters the Upper Sacramento River

Still a pleasant spot for a swim just a few days before October

Looking downstream toward the narrow gorge above Cantara

Just below the foundations of the old road bridge over the gorge
